Embroidery
Although there are stock embroidery items available, I find that 95% of my customers want their logo to be embroidered. That is where the art of digitizing comes into play.
It is not as simple as one might think. I first start with a vectored file, from this point I have to think about how to build the design. I have to determine what is sewed first, where it starts, stops, or jumps. The direction it is sewn. The underlay that is necessary. The thread changes and the fill, other than a standard satin, which can give the finished product a better presentation.
